Postojna is small town located in Notranjska region, Slovenia, 60 km away from capital city Ljubljana and 35 km away from famous port of Trieste. It has around 15,000 inhabitants and most of them work in wood processing and metal processing industries.
Another important industry for the town is tourism, with world famous attractions Postojna cave and Predjama castle. Postojna cave is 22 kilometers long krast cave which has been visited by more than 34 million people over last 200 years. It is the only cave on the world with two track railway so it is definitely something you do not want to miss.
